Scales of sacrifice
A short educational simulation game about the challenges of work–life balance. Step into the shoes of a working parent navigating the pressures of career, childcare, and unexpected life events. Inspired by real issues faced by women in countries like the US and China, this game highlights how limited parental leave and high childcare costs can push women out of the workforce—even when they don’t want to leave.
Videogame Incluesion
This is a comedic mystery game run in an office that aims to educate people in business on leadership and management positions. Based on the theoretical framework of assisted equine training, in which you explore your communication and connection skills by working together with the horse to achieve certain goals. The learning goals behind this are translated into this mystery game. We aim to quantify the skills once received after completing this game.
Here I manage the PM team (3ppl), the writers team (4ppl), the visual designers (4ppl), 1 programmer, and 1 animator. This game has been in the works for 2 years, since my arrival in September 2025 we have been able to finalize the intro scenes, and art direction, achieving the first promotional video to look for funding. My role has consisted of organizing all assets, into clear files, having 1-on1 chats with every member to understand their role and their level of commitment to the project as well as motivate them to pick up the pace, and communicating clearly the north star and vision from the designer and owner of the game to every team member. Finally I have been motivating the team to meet all deadlines. On the other hand I also do the business and grant research.
